creating and designing jewellery begins by utilizing a digital software to produce a prototype of the desired piece. This step is unique, allowing Robert's clients to make changes and be part of the design process by visually seeing their piece before casting.
dESIGN Phase
Before the creation of digital software, goldsmiths created custom jewellery designs by hand-carving from wax. Although many well-skilled carvers existed, they were limited by what their tools could achieve. Today, digital software combined with state-of-the-art wax growing machines allows Robert to produce extremely intricate and complex designs with absolute accuracy and perfection. Anything from an idea, to a picture, to a sketch is all that Robert needs to begin and design the piece of your dreams.
